She is survived by: her children, Joe Salinas, Christine Howard, Wanda Pate (Jimmy) and Johnna Bruce; her stepsons, Wayne Orgeron and Allen Orgeron; and her siblings, Amos Perez, Richard Perez, Minnie Serigny, Patsy Starnes, Diane Gonzales and Evangelina Jeffress. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
