He is survived by: his wife Pamela Williams Guidry; his children, Terry Joseph Guidry, Brandy Marie Guidry, Casey James Guidry (Annette), Leoda-Eva Guidry and Cydney Claire Guidry; his mother Antoinette M. Guidry; and his grandchildren, Blake Guidry, Lauren Guidry, Jake Chvastasz, Emilie Chvastasz, Wyatt Guidry, Kaden Guidry, Zoey Dantin and Sophie Grace Wolverton.
