She was predeceased by: her husband Parrison Guidry; her parents, Moise Sr. Blanchard and Antoinette Blanchard; and her siblings, Collins Sr., Moise Jr., Leo Paul Blanchard, Anna Mae Lafont, Priscilla Harmon, Jeannette Lala, Emelie Crochet and Robin Rousse.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Duet and Penny LeBlanc (Billy); her sister Kathy Cheramie; her grandchildren, Chad Duet (Claudia), Phyllis Moody (Jeff), Davy LeBlanc (Brooke), Corey LeBlanc, Robby LeBlanc (Crystal) and Bobby LeBlanc; and her great grandchildren, Jerry, Victoria, Bryson, Hayden and Hailey.
