He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Billiot and Telosia Billiot; his son Jacob Taylor; his brothers, Demetris and Richard Billiot; his stepsons, Delane and Billy Soley; and his close friend Deborah.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Billiot (Patricia), Joseph Billiot (Penny), Gordon Taylor, Faith Menser (Curtis), Hope Parmer (David), Charity Callais (Clint), Telosia, Shantell, Mary, Monique and Jamica; his siblings, Dave, James, Edwin Billiot, Agnes Alwell and Rose Billiot; his stepson Linton Soley (Mayne); his stepdaughter-in-law Wendy Soley; and his close friend Eula. He is also survived by 48 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
