She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Lefort Sr. and Benesia Lefort; and her siblings, Andrew Lefort Jr., Norman Lefort, Rudy Lefort, Norma Plaisance, Laura Mae Guidry, Oleeta Autin and Doris Lefort.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin Pierce Sr.; her children, Maria Gayle Pierce, Kathy Pierce Ledet, Dinah Pierce Pitre (Robert), Sandy Pierce and Alvin Pierce Jr. (Katie); and her sisters, MaeAnn Danos and Audrey Burket. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; 2 godchildren.
