He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Blanchard and Victoria Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Alverna P. Blanchard; his children, Jade Blanchard (Susan), Mitzi Cantrelle (Peter), Dwight and Dwayne Blanchard (Roxanne "Beanie"); and his granddaughter Victoria Agnes Cantrelle.
