He was predeceased by: his father Larry J. Gros; his aunt Geri Chiasson; and his grandparents, Joseph, Hulda Martin, Elvin and Josephine Gros.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Gros; his children, Whitney Gros (Rocky Keenum), Kayla Gaspard (Gage) and Lain McMaster; his grandchildren, Audrey, Brynn, Lil Rocky Keenum, Logan and Leela Gaspard; his mother Mary Lou Martin; his siblings, Elvin J. Gros, Kerry P. Gros (Catherine) and Laurie G. Pierre; and his uncle Jerry Chiasson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
