He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Felarise; his sons, Johnny Felarise (Nadine), David Felarise, Jason Felarise (Christine), Darren Felarise and Mark Felarise (Celeste); and his brother Gilbert Felarise. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
