He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Courville and Julia Courville; his siblings, Lawrence, Earl Courville and Audrey Courville; his siblings-in-law, Rose Rodrigue, Riley Guidry and Harris; and his parents-in-law, Harris Sr. and Esoline Anselmi Guidry.

He is survived by: his wife Corine Guidry Courville; his brother Douglas Courville; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Evans (James), Vanessa Courville and Norman Guidry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
