He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Danos Toups; his daughters, Tish Toups and Jenny Toups; his grandchildren, Anthony Micheal Goldsmith (Shea), Brett Bousegard and Alyssa Matherne (Dylan "Big Juicy"); and his great grandchildren, Camelia Williams and Jax Matherne.
