She is survived by: her husband Perry Farkas; her sons, Kent Hebert Sr. and Kurt Hebert (Jamie); her grandchildren, Kent Hebert Jr., Renelle Hebert, Kay Hebert, Jathan Hebert and Isaiah Hebert; her siblings, Clay Blanchard (Julie), Rod Blanchard, Collins Blanchard Jr. (Marlene) and Kathy Cheramie; her close friends, Norma Ardoin and Tina Jelks; her nieces, Dawn Cheramie and Michelle Blanchard; her nephew Jared Blanchard; and her godchildren, Lily Ardoin, Lauren White and David Cheramie.
