She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenis Ebarb and Josephine Sepulvado Ebarb; and her sister JoAnn Murray. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Carter; her grandchildren, Nicole Melton (Brandon) and Mark Carter; her great grandchildren, Baylor, Emmalee Melton, Brayden and Paisley Carter; and her sister Lucille Binning. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Mansfield (943 Polk St, Mansfield, LA 71052). A rosary was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Forest Park Cemetery (3700 St Vincent Ave, Shreveport, LA 71103).
