He was predeceased by : his parents, Huey P. Toney and Sarah "Elizabeth" Bailiff-Grigsby; and his sisters, Vicky Toney and Linda Toney. He is survived by : his children, Amanda Smith, Jennifer Gregory, Heather Bailey and Jerry Toney, Jr.; his family Harley; his brother Huey "Glenn" Toney; and his nephew Glenn Ray Tipton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
