She is survived by : her brother Buddy Puryear; her wife Sunshine Norris Dement; her brothers, Walter (Beth) and Tim (Donna Dement); her niece Angela Dement Skillingstad (Monty); and her nephews, Stevie Dement (Cissy), Shane Dement (Cassie), Jacob Dement (Heather) and Creighton Dement. She is also survived by six great-nieces, seven great- nephews, four great-great nieces and nephews, several cousins and many loving friends.
