He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Hasty and Gencie Hasty. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Hasty and Joshua Hasty; his grandson Riley Hasty; and his siblings, Dennis Hasty, Travis Hasty, William Hasty, Pamela Hasty and Angela Hasty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
