He was predeceased by: his parents, Talma Jean Crain Watson and Elbert Ross; and his siblings, August, Leon, Glynn, Donnell Ross and Paula Ross Burkhalter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Latika Lott (Matthew) of Fairfield, OH and April Holder of Franklinton, LA; his stepdaughter Vanessa Jackson of New Orleans, LA; his grandchildren, Sky Lott, Summer Lott, King Magee, Kameron Holder and Kane Holder; his stepgrandchildren, Gerald Coleman, De'Sean Coleman and Mysia Coleman; his former wife Mary Ross; and his aunt Marva Crain. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
