He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Travis; his parents, Pettis Lee Hagan and Melissa Patricia Temple Brooks; and his grandson Adam Puckett. He is survived by: his children, James Travis (Peggy), Janet Gaubert (Lionel) and Becky Adams (John); and his grandchildren, Justin Travis, Destiny Travis and Clayton Puckett. He is also survived by numerous siblings and great-grandchildren.
