Lozano of Franklinton, LA; his children, Daylin Sigler and Kynzlie Lozano of Franklinton, LA; and his siblings, Ray Williams of Franklinton, LA, Nick Williams (Paige) of Mamou, LA, Eric Lozano of Orange, TX, Luis Delafuente of Orange, TX, Allie Delafuente of Orange, TX and Estrella Shehane (Shawn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
