She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Long and Josephine Long. She is survived by: her children, Reginald Long, Dana Jackson, Kelly Long, Jesse Long, Shawana Jones (Wallace), Samantha Babers (AK Babers) and Afrika Hurley; and her siblings, Helen Collins, Nancy Simpson, Patsy Long and Joe Nathan Long. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Crain and Sons Funeral Home (2000 Washington St, Franklinton, LA 70438).
