She is survived by: her sons, Brian Carpenter of Pearland, TX, Dwayne Bickham (Starra) of Tacoma, WA and Brandon Vernon of Texas City, TX; and her siblings, Tony Glasper of Mansfield, TX, Calvin Vernon (Gwen) of Fort Worth, TX and Rondy Vernon of Franklinton, LA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.
