He is survived by: his wife Sandra Belf-Handy of Franklinton, LA; his children, Shantell Donald-Jefferson (Dorion) of New Orleans, LA, Monique, Charles Donald of New Orleans, LA, Chris Bell (Shanika), Rachell Belf (Jolynn) and Brandon Bell; his siblings, Verlean, Shirley Ratliff (Rodney) of Franklinton, LA, Mary Handy of Bogalusa, LA, Doris Handy of New Orleans, LA and James Handy (Michelf) of Franklinton, LA; and his siblings-in-law, J. L. Dykes of Franklinton, LA, Bishop Earl Bell (Annie), Darnell Belf (Lasabre) of Atlanta, GA, Perry, Jessie Handy of Franklinton, LA, Olevin Weshy (Robert), Donnis Warren (Russell) and Rena John. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
