He is survived by: his daughters, Aimee Clasen (Scott), Jaimee Creasy (Adam), Mikki Holmes (Brandon) and Courtney Davidson (Grant); and his friends, Donna Taylor and Kaye Knight. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
