He is survived by: his parents, Artis Sr. of Washington and Lavern Ashe Gannon; his stepfather John Gannon; his siblings, Verlyn Ashe, Keith of Washington, Dennis Coates and Kareem Ashe; his stepsiblings, Sean Gannon, Joanna Gannon and Melody Gannon Potter; his sisters-in-law, Stacey Coates and Stephanie Ashe; and his stepgrandmother Sadie Amin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
