He was predeceased by: his parents, Minos Hebert and Dora Mae Chauvin; his stepfather Earl Shelton; and his grandparents, Willsie Chauvin Sr., Cecile Ayo Chauvin, Alphonse Hebert and Elda Alleman Hebert.
He is survived by: his wife Sandie Haire Hebert of Franklin; his children, Shannon Hebert (Susan) of Franklin and Chantelle Hebert (Shawna Hebert) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Ashley Boudreaux (Cody) of Verdunville, Trey Estelle (Randreille) of Franklin, Seth Hebert of Franklin, Dravyn, Trevyn "Diddy" Guilbeau of Centerville, Rylen, Kason and Kolton Hebert of Franklin; his great grandchildren, Addyson, Aubrey Boudreaux, Aria, Kylie, Mateo, Estelle and Kenzie Loston; his siblings, Geraldine "Deanie" Hebert, Gayle James Hebert (Suzette) and Cheryl "Sue" Hebert Buteaux (Ovide) of New Iberia; his sister-in-law Maxine Daigle; his parents-in-law, Frank Haire Sr. and Marguerite Haire; his brother-in-law Frank Haire Jr.; his grandson Diddy Guilbeau; and his grandson-in-law Cody Boudreaux. He is also survived by his numerous Nieces and Nephews; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
