He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Ruskoski and Billie Anderson Ruskoski; his siblings, Janice R. Picard, Marsha R. Kuhlman and Ricky Ruskoski; his brothers-in-law, Ronald "Goose" Hebert, Edmond Picard and George Kuhlman; his nephews, Jason and Joshua Hebert; his niece Amy Aucoin; and his parents-in-law, Chelly and Anna Mendoza.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Mendoza Ruskoski; his children, Taren Ruskoski (Blake), James Ruskoski, Jack Ruskoski and Ryan Ruskoski (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Marcus Boutte, Adrienne Talbot, Aaren Hebert, Matthew Green, Jace Ruskoski and Jett Ruskoski; his siblings, Jackie R. Firmin of Franklin, Johnny Ruskoski of Franklin, Wendy R. Hebert of Baton Rouge, Malyn R. Guidry (David) of Gretna, Dahleen R. Mayard (John) of Conroe, TX, Marguerite R. Siess (Charley) of Franklin, Diane R. Chauvin (J. L.) of Franklin, Monica R. Romero (Mark) of Franklin and Andrea R. Landry (Neal) of Jeanerette; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Lanclos of Youngsville, Marilyn Burgess (Clifford) of Baldwin and Brad Mendoza (Sandy) of Youngsville. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (414 Martin Luther King Jr St, Baldwin, LA 70514). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (414 Martin Luther King Jr St, Baldwin, LA 70514).
