He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Ardeneaux Sr. and Della Lancon Ardeneaux; his brothers, Daniel Ardeneaux and Cornelius Ardeneaux Jr.; his brother-in-law Merlin Simoneaux; and his nieces, Mary Ann Simoneaux and Kathy Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Claudette B. Ardeneaux; his daughter Cindy Ardeneaux Burke; his son-in-law Scott Burke; his son Ronald "Ronnie" Ardeneaux Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kristen Greene Ardeneaux; his grandchildren, Trent Burke (Stacie), Megan Eslinger (Justin), Kimberly Fuselier (Cameron) and Jake Burke; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Caleb, Carson, Mason, Noah, Brantley and Korbin; his siblings, Rose Simoneaux, Linda Hebert (Earl "Butch") and Willie Ardeneaux; and his sister-in-law Barbara "Ann" Ardeneaux. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of the Assumption (915 Main St, Franklin, LA 70538). A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:20 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Franklin Cemetery (1210 Main St, Franklin, LA 70538).
