He is survived by: his children, Steve Rodney Picard, Tammy Picard Mouton (Glenn Mouton) and Amanda Picard (George Luke); his grandchildren, Desirea Gehlken, Brittanie Picard-Curry (Kirk Curry), Tammie Luke (Steven Smith), Hunter Luke and Luke Mouton; his great grandchildren, Brayton Hammonds, Emma Nowlin, Kimbry Picard, Mia Chapman, Clay Smith and Ezra Lege; and his pet Spot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
