He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Joseph Boudreaux and Grace Ann Hebert Boudreaux; his former wife Theresa "Teta" Champagne Boudreaux; his grandparents, Leonce Paul Boudreaux, Lillian Sullivan Boudreaux, Junius P. Hebert Sr. and Gracie Verret Hebert; and his parents-in-law, Sterling Champagne Jr. and Sherry Barrilleaux Champagne.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle "Missy" Champagne Boudreaux; his daughters, Bambie B. Segura (Shane), Brandie B. Sauce (Carlton) and Taryn M. Mayea (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Shane Jude Segura Jr. (Vanessa), Briana Judy Segura, Brandon Michael Sauce, Carlie Theresa Sauce (Logan McIver), Sterlyn Ann Mayea and Grayson Anthony Mayea; his great grandchildren, Gabriella Elizabeth Sauce and Tobias Fernando Segura; his sisters, Angela "Sissy" B. Punch (Camile), Tammy B. Guillotte (Dwayne), Shih Tzu and Miss Priss; his grandsons, Brandon Sauce, Shane Segura Jr., Cameron Mayea and Grayson Mayea; his cousin Alvin Boudreaux; his uncle J. P. Hebert; his cousin Tommy LeBlanc; his friend Ray Barrilleaux; and his caregivers, Melissa, Angelle and Angela. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
