She was predeceased by : her husband Hillard Cole; her parents, Alvin Bergeron and Catherine Ann Bergeron; and her sister Beverly Nelson (Earl). She is survived by : her brother Alvin "Butch" Bergeron Jr. (Betty). She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ibert's Mortuary (1007 Main St, Franklin, LA 70538). A rosary was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Franklin Cemetery (1210 Main St, Franklin, LA 70538).
