She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wiley and Alice Lee; her husband Charles Foster, Sr.; her daughter Judy Price Banks; and her siblings, Helen Wiley, Rosetta Wiley, Ella-Mae Wiley Hawkins, Ray Wiley, Sr., Gus Wiley, Robert Wiley, Jr., Walter Wiley, Jessie Wiley, Jimmie Wiley and Oscar Wiley.
She is survived by: her children, Charlesette Foster-Arceneaux (Kenneth), Rodney Foster (Chantel) and Wayne Foster; and her sister Phillipeane Skyler. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, along with relatives and friends.
