He is survived by: his close friend Angelia Picard; his siblings, Beatrice Ryes of Lafayette, LA, Donna Payton of Franklin, LA, Carroll Edmond of Baldwin, LA, Lawrence Edmond (Barbara) of Baldwin, LA and Lester Edmond (Alma) of Franklin, LA; his children, David Maxie, Mark Williams, Jacob Picard, Kiandranae Baker, Jaquesha Jackson, Chekierra Parker and Marjorie Lamar; his godchildren, Akeem Wiggins and Gavien Lamar; his brother-in-law Rufus Jackson, IV; and his nephew Rufus Jackson IV. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
