We bid farewell to Curtis Willis of Franklin, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 9, 2024 at the age of 95. Curtis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Willis and Stella Smith Willis; his brothers, Palfrey (Rita Willis), Reggie Willis and Spencer (Violet Willis); and his siblings-in-law, Christopher, Wilmote Bourgeois and Joyce Bourgeois Paul.

He is survived by : his wife Christine B Willis; his children, Curtis J Willis, Jr. (Maryann) of Franklin and Karen Willis Davis (Randy) of Lafayette, LA; his granddaughters, Lauren Davis Callihan (Everett), Jordan Davis of Lafayette, LA and Kayla Davis of New York, NY; and his sister-in-law Betty N. Willis. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mk Dixon Funeral Home - Baldwin (211 Main St, Baldwin, LA 70514). A Mass was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Jules Catholic Church (601 Magnolia St, Franklin, LA 70538).
