He is survived by: his brother Rayfield Gash; his goddaughter Ernestine Bolden of Houston, Texas; his niece Vanessa Charles (Lawrence) of Four Corners, Louisiana; and his friend Clyde. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins.
