He is survived by : his brother Brent Levet (Jamie Levet); his uncle Emile Levet (Wanda); his parents, Ronnie Levet and Rita Neuville Levet; his nephew Beau Levet; his niece Bella Levet; and his aunts and uncles, Harold Jr. (Kerri Dale), Clyde Sr. (Kathy), Nancy White (Dale), Katie, Steven Minville, Todd, Jackie Neuville, Judy (John Prejeant), Barbara (Marty Hendee), Joan (Dale Craft) and Bill (Cori Levet). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
