She was predeceased by: her husband Harlan Densen Harvey; her son Harlan Earl Harvey; her parents, Alonzo Canterbury and Jessie Canterbury (Ray); her brothers, Ray Canterbury, Reginald Canterbury, Jack Canterbury and Lloyd Canterbury; and her close friends, Dorothy Brown and Doris Walsworth.
She is survived by: her son Bengy Harvey; her grandsons, Jared Harvey, Harlan Harvey, Jeffrey Harvey, Jay Harvey (Lyndsey) and Ben Harvey; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Harvey, Walker Harvey and Eliza Harvey; and her close friends, Barbara Johnson, Mary Ann Hall and JoAnn Brinson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hodge Baptist Church (1100 S Holly St, Jonesboro, LA 71247). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate, in Marjorie's name, to Hodge Baptist Church.
