It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Bowen of Forest Hill, Louisiana, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Long and Helma Long; her son James C. Bowen, Jr.; and her siblings, Donald Long and Frances Cotton.
She is survived by: her husband James C. Bowen, Sr. of Forest Hill; her children, Jeffrey A. Bowen (Theresa) of Casper, Wyoming and Sherrie Chapman (Billy) of Forest Hill; her sisters, Dorothy Blehm of Guthrie, Maxine Hayes of Guthrie and Betty Ingle (Obert) of Edmond, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Chase, Ashlie, Lance, Ryan, Adam, Tonya, Christina, David and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bailey, Natalie, Hailey, MaKena, Aiden, Lylie, Kieya and Avionna.
