With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Bates (Forest Hill, Louisiana), who passed away on January 7, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Callie Bates; his sons, David Betchley and Craig Doyle; his cousin Hazel Addington McEacharn; and his parents, Willie Fulmer Bates and James Robert Bates.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Elwood Baptist Children's Fund or Acadian Baptist Center, Academy Drive, Eunice, Louisiana.
