Perkins of Forest Hill, Gene L. Perkins of Forest Hill and Hannah L. Perkins of Forest Hill; and her grandchildren, Coi, Ranken, Brogue, Baylor, Jayce, Bryce and Harper. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
