He was predeceased by: his son Gregory Devane Linzay; his parents, Clarence Linzay and Ella Barker Linzay; and his siblings, Clyde, Floyd, Carl, Purvis and Alberta Kimler.
He is survived by: his brother Alexandria; his wife Billie Pat Duck Linzay; his children, Belinda Kay Spiller (H. H. Spiller) and Rodney Earl Linzay (Holly Jo Linzay); his daughter-in-law Mary Linzay; his grandchildren, Kristopher Linzay (Ben), Heidi Jonker (Michael) and Ryan Eli Spiller (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Noah Jonker, Jack Jonker and Addilyn Faith Spiller.
