He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis Haugh Sr. and Juanita Lambeth Haugh. He is survived by: his wife Helen Jean Haugh; his children, Billy Haugh (Shandale), Jeffrey Scott Haugh (Melinda) and Jennifer Haugh Soileau (Phillip); his sisters, Janis Lubonovic and Lynn Olson; and his grandchildren, Kacie Burkhalter, Tyler Bates, Jeffrey Haugh Jr., Kayla Lee, Courtney Haugh, Gregory Haugh, Hayden Haugh, Kennedy Haugh Dickens, Fred Soileau, Drake Lee and Blaise Lee. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 4 loving pups.
