She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Husser and Lexie Husser; her husband Frederick "Buddy" Hoover; her sons, David Hoover Sr. (Judy) and Frederick "Freddie" Hoover (Pam); her grandson Seth Hoover; her great grandchild Danise Lavinghouse; and her sister Emma Lee Morgan (Milton).
She is survived by: her siblings, Emille Husser (Sylvia) and Ambrose Husser (Bonnie); her daughter Deborah A. Hoover; her grandchildren, Shane Lavinghouse, Josh, Gina, David Hoover, Jr. (June), Jennifer Houston (John) and Kiley Daviston (Matt); her great grandchildren, Gabe Prokasy, Davyn, Sean Hoover, Harper Houston and J. J. Frasher; and her sister ReGina H. Bumgarner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
