He was predeceased by: his sister Donna; and his nephew Alan. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his daughters, Sarah (Smitty), Rebecca and Emma; and his siblings, Trish, Vincent and Mark. He is also survived by eight beautiful grandchildren.
