It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Laverne Pierre Lanier of Folsom, Louisiana, born in Independence, Louisiana, who passed away on February 12, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Pierre and Lois Pierre; and her brother Bruce Pierre. She is survived by: her son Johnathan Lanier (Kristian); her granddaughters, Makayla and Haley Lanier; and her brother Dennis Pierre. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
