It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Doris Toups Trahan of Folsom, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Leland" Trahan; and her parents, Pierre Toups and Marie Antoinette Champagne. She is survived by: her brother Lenard Peter Toups (Janice); her sons, Michael P. "Mike" Trahan, David Joseph Trahan, Sr. and Bruce John Trahan (Becky); and her grandchildren, Christian David Trahan (Alicia), Cory Daniel Trahan (Lori), David Joseph Trahan, Jr. (Courtney), Colin Douglas Trahan (Jessica), Chandler Duane Trahan (Stephanie), Claire Dawn Trahan, Brynn Rose Trahan and Mercy Caroline Trahan. She is also survived by her 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
