She was predeceased by: her husband James Huey Lanier; her son Kenneth Blaine Lanier; her parents, Leander Pierre and Celina Warren Pierre; and her siblings, Alphonse Pierre, Theresa Carrier, Bernice Tarantino and Maurice Pierre.
She is survived by: her child Dale Kevin Lanier of Folsom, LA.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Michelle Lanier Prevost (Jeff) and Jonathan Bruce Lanier (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Blaine Alan Prevost, Jillian Isabella Prevost, Makayla Lanier and Haylee Lanier; and her siblings, Laurabell Glaze and Alfred Pierre.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Lee Hill Baptist Church (11007 Lee Settlement Rd, Folsom, LA 70437). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Veterans Cemetery (34888 Grantham College Dr, Slidell, LA 70460).
