He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan Pierre and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Reid Pierre; his siblings, Eloise P. Sharp, Lindsey Pierre, Luther Pierre, Charles Pierre and Eva Mae P. Barnett; and his son-in-law John Reid.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Pierre (Nancy), Keysia Reid and Lisa Morgan (Robert); and his siblings, Wilford Pierre and Castle Pierre. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
