He was predeceased by: his former wife Alida M. Pansy Cleland; his parents, Christina Dutsch Cleland and William Henry Cleland; and his sibling Christine E. Cleland. He is survived by: his children, Linda L. Kramm (Chuck), Elizabeth Faye Cleland and Douglas W. Cleland (Regina); his siblings, Carl C. Cleland, Sr., Howard Cleland, Florence I. Cleland and Annie F. Charles; his spouse Yvonne Graham Cleland; and his stepchildren, Sandra Hingle, Marilyn Madere (Charles), Darryl Graham (Gina), Jan Stewart (Johnny) and Norman Graham (Vicky). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Cleland to be made to First Baptist Church of Folsom or the St. Tammany Parish Hospital Guild.
