With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Yolanda Marie Kent of Fluker, Louisiana, born in Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father David Ball; and her parents-in-law, Charles Richard Kent and Fannie Lou Kent. She is survived by : her husband Jon Barry Kent; her children, Alexis Kent and Thomas Kent (Kelsey); her granddaughters, Aubrey and Ripley Kent; her mother Judy Pope; her sisters, Tonya Kent, Ginger Cole and Terri Cole; her niece Lacey Kent; and her great-nephew Dylan Chunn.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (800 N Duncan Ave, Amite City, LA 70422). A memorial service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
