He is survived by: his wife Sandra Arthur Craft; his stepchildren, David Wayne Arthur, Sonya Kaye Dowden and Krystal Gray; his children, William Conrad Craft, Jr., Dale Craft and Penny Tramel; and his sister Muriel Lucius. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
