He is survived by: his uncle Glen; his children, Walter Starks, Jr., John Starks (Lori) and Kathryn Urban (Mike); his grandchildren, Danica Starks, Kira Starks, Steven Sloop, III (Anna), Gage Sloop, Emma Hendrix (Adam), Justin Urban and Ella Starks; his great grandchildren, Amelia Hendrix and Ariel Sloop; his siblings, Clifford Starks, Joe Starks, Jean Weldon, Jerri Lampin and Joy Starks; and his sister-in-law Pat Starks.
